Requirements
Must have:
- Good general understanding of IT principles such as Networks, Hardware, and Domains - Working knowledge of leading software packages such as MS Office and Lotus Notes - Good working knowledge of Windows 10/11 and related software and applications - Good experience in End User device hardware and software troubleshooting - Knowledge of mobile devices, particularly Blackberry and iPhones - Experience with building, configuring, replacing, and troubleshooting EUC hardware components - Good experience in Data Backup Techniques - Familiarity with virtual, MDM, and VPN environments - Familiarity with Microsoft SCCM would be advantageous - Knowledge of ITIL and experience of working within an ITIL environment - Knowledge and experience of working in Service NOW - Exceptional customer-facing skills - Able to communicate clearly and effectively with end users - Accurate record keeping - Good timekeeper - Productive and efficient
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive deskside support for PCs, laptops, peripherals, and software - Support printers as required - Stage and prepare equipment for end users - Maintain high-quality end-user computing (EUC) services during the contract period

This is a fixed-term contract starting on March 2, 2026, and ending on May 29, 2026, where you will support the site primarily for two to three months.
