Description
You’ll be responsible for leading the design and implementation of scalable and secure solutions and business systems across our Customer Experience landscape, which will focus on areas such as CRM enhancements (Salesforce).
Key Responsibilities May Include:
1. Translate business and technical requirements into high-level architectural blueprints, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and strategies.
2. Collaborate with product managers and owners to ensure solution designs meet current and future business requirements, maintaining a robust architectural runway.
3. Lead the evaluation, design, and analysis of solutions architecture for business applications and technologies to address specific organizational needs.
4. Provide technical leadership in managing and developing architectures for broader scopes of projects, products, and initiatives.
5. Prepare and manage submissions to the Technology Review Board (TRB) and Architecture Review Board (ARB), ensuring compliance with governance standards.
6. Monitor and analyze emerging technology trends and disruptions, recommending their practical application to support evolving business models and value streams.
7. Create architectural designs that guide solution development across products, services, projects, and systems, including applications, technologies, processes, and information.
8. Support lifecycle decisions for applications and technologies, including maintaining, refreshing, or retiring systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Experience:
9. 5+ years of experience in business solutions architecture or system design roles.
10. Strong background in process optimization and automation.
11. Proven experience with architectural design software and tools (TOGAF, etc)
12. Experience with project management and implementing complex systems architectures.
13. Strong understanding of enterprise application integration, including API management, middleware and data integration platforms
14. Strong background in enterprise systems (Software Platforms, ERPs, etc)
Knowledge:
15. Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks and best practices.
16. Familiarity with security and compliance standards and requirements.
17. Experience with cloud-based systems and services.
18. Knowledge of systems development lifecycle (SDLC) and software development practices.
19. Knowledge of emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence and IOT is a bonus.
20. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
21. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
22. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
23. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
24. Strong understanding of business processes, data flow and systems.
25. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
26. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
