Job Responsibilities:
* Answering the telephone and managing messages/information.
* Booking viewings with potential tenants.
* Conducting property viewings with customers at rental properties.
* Meeting and greeting customers and clients.
* Preparing marketing materials, diaries, and keys for accompanied viewings.
* Dealing with general enquiries.
* Ensuring all literature, websites, and windows are up to date at all times.
* Assisting lettings negotiators with tenancy agreements and tenant sign-ups.
* Supporting team members with administrative tasks.
* Handling tenant queries effectively.
* Updating the lettings diary.
* Managing social media updates.
* Performing office administration duties.
Candidate Requirements:
* Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet usage.
* Well-presented, articulate, with excellent communication skills.
* Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service role.
* Ability to work under pressure and in a busy environment.
