About The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our clients team at a new 80-bed reablement service providing short-term care and support to Sandwell residents. In this role, you will deliver essential business support and administrative functions to ensure the Integrated Social Care & Health Centre operates to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver an effective, efficient, and professional front-line service to staff and visitors.
* Manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Support the team with general administration tasks, including document preparation and record-keeping.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues while also using your own initiative.
* Communicate confidently with a range of staff, service users, and visitors.

Essential Requirements
* OCR Level 2 (or equivalent) in Word Processing.
* GCSE grade C or above (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
* Minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative/business support role.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
