In this role, you will be the face of our company for our high-value enterprise and corporate clients, ensuring they have a seamless and successful experience from day one.
You will act as a trusted partner, diving deep into our customers' business operations, guiding them through our platform, and ensuring they are set up for long-term growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead the Journey: Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new enterprise clients, ensuring a smooth transition.
* Be the Expert: Develop a deep understanding of each client’s business, workflows, and operational needs to provide tailored solutions.
* Teach & Inspire: Deliver product demonstrations and training sessions specifically designed for each client's unique use case.
* Consultative Guidance: Guide customers on best practices to ensure they maximise the value they get from our software.
* Be Organised: Manage onboarding timelines and ensure timely "go-live" moments without compromising quality.
* Nurture Relationships: Schedule and run regular check‑ins (weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly) post‑launch to maintain momentum.
* Primary Contact: Act as the main point of contact during the onboarding and early lifecycle stages, building strong, long‑term relationships.
* Proactive Problem Solving: Troubleshoot issues as they arise and proactively identify solutions before they become hurdles.
* Internal Collaboration: Work closely with our product, support, and development teams to resolve client needs and improve the product.
* Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, progress, and feedback to help us grow together.

* Experience in onboarding, customer success, technical support or similar roles
* Background in SaaS or other software platforms
* Familiarity with APIs, integrations or workflow based troubleshooting
* Experience in logistics, warehousing, eCommerce, shipping or operations‑focused environments
