As Head Chef, you will be responsible for a brigade of 7 chefs, ensuring that the kitchen runs smoothly during busy service ensuring the high brand standards are always adhered to.
As Head Chef, you will be expected to have excellent communication skills, strong leadership skills and a keen eye for detail. You should have experience in all aspects of kitchen management such as, menu writing and costing, stock taking, rotas, cleaning schedules and dealing with suppliers.
