Support Worker – Renfrewshire SLI 2 x 30-hour contracts Location: Across Renfrewshire Driving: Preferred Shifts: Varying hours – day shifts, back shifts, and sleepovers The Vacancy Quarriers Renfrewshire Supported Living Initiative supports adults who have a physical disability, learning disability, or acquired brain injury to live at home and be part of their local community. We currently have two part-time Support Worker positions (30 hours each) available. These roles involve supporting people in their own homes, in family homes, and out and about in the local community. As a Support Worker, you will: Provide person-centred support based on individual needs Promote independence, choice, and wellbeing Support people with daily living tasks and community activities Work as part of a flexible team across Renfrewshire Working Pattern 2 x 30-hour contracts Flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends and sleepovers Flexibility is essential to meet the needs of the people we support A driving licence is preferred due to travel across Renfrewshire Please note: This is a female-only role, considered an Occupational Requirement under Schedule 9, Part 1 of the Equality Act 2010.
