An Architecture Project Coordinator, required for the in-house design services team of an inner-London local authority.
The role is to support the wider multidisciplinary team supporting capital projects across housing, educational, cultural and leisure schemes.
The role of Project Coordinator provides a vital project management role. You will work with abination of internal and external consultants and contractors to understand briefs, develop projects and manage to a suitable conclusion. You should have a technical design background and knowledge of contract administration, which will be critical inplying with legal agreements, whilstplying with relevant regulations and industry standards. Focusing on oversight of a project from initial survey, working through rmendations, and handover to relevant parties both internal and external, working collaboratively with services, partners and stakeholders alongside preparing and monitoring project documentation.
All projects are to be delivered in accordance with the RIBA Plan of Work.
