The Company

Sparkling clean solutions ltd has been established since 2006, our head office is based in Derby.

We specialise in: commercial cleaning services;

We are looking for an experienced Administration Assistant to join our team, if you have a proactive personality, excellent organisational skills and a great eye for detail;

Monday - Friday

9 - 3pm

The right candidate must demonstrate that they possess the attributes of a great administrator, which include:

· Be clear, concise, a methodical approach to working & have previous planning & scheduling experience.

· To have confident telephone skills, practice great time management in an organised manner.

· Being self-driven, results oriented with a positive outlook and a strong desire to learn new skills.

· An ability to work under pressure, multi-task and prioritise workload.

· A natural forward planner who critically assesses own performance.

On a daily basis you are expected to perform the following duties without compromise and to the best of your ability, being accountable for each aspect of your job.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative:

* To carry out reception duties
* Answering the telephone – directing calls, taking and relaying messages
* Dealing with general enquiries & updating company systems and records as required
* Dealing with customer enquiries & data entry
* Monthly/daily scheduling
* Organising jobs with employees and subcontractors
* Stock orders & preparing order requests
* Administrative support to Supervisor
* Daily Filing

Requirements

· Must have at least 5 years administration and office experience

· Experience using Microsoft Office

· Adaptable to learning new processes as part of your personal matrix

· Able to work in a team

· Excellent attention to detail

· Hardworking, reliable and flexible attitude

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £1,375.00 per month

Expected hours: 27.5 per week
