Contract Coordinator * Up to 40k DOE * Mon – Fri, 8.30-5pm based in Chessington * 20 days holiday Bank Holidays, rising by 1 day per year to a maximum of 25 days plus bank holidays. * Quarterly bonus scheme * Healthcare medical insurance (following period of qualification) * Contributory pension scheme * Death in service Job Description: * Identify, administer, and manage the submission of tenders relevant to the company. * Act as the central point of knowledge and contact for all tender-related information. * Produce clear, concise, and well-structured tender responses using formal language and strong writing skills. * Develop and manage new and existing business opportunities. * Identify and pursue service contract opportunities to maximise revenue. * Negotiate, finalise, and follow up on all service agreements. * Lead and oversee all tender submissions from identification through to completion. * Ensure timely, high-quality, and compliant tender responses. * Administer and support ongoing development of the company CRM system. * Collaborate with and support the Senior Leadership Team. Person Specification: * Experience in a similar role, ideally involving tenders and contract management. * Sound working knowledge of the full tender lifecycle. * Excellent written communication skills. * Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. * Highly organised with strong time management skills. * Ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure. * Confident user of Microsoft Excel. * Numerate and analytically capable. * Self-starter with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
