Job Description

3. Manage and oversee all aspects of payroll implementation
4. Ensure payroll processes are in compliance with legal regulations
5. Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets aligned with organisational goals.
6. Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance department to streamline operations
7. Implement payroll processing solutions for enhanced efficiency
8. Address any payroll-related issues and queries
9. Train team members on payroll system usage and updates
10. Monitor payroll system to ensure accurate and timely processing
11. Report on payroll operations to senior management

The Successful Applicant

A successful Payroll Implementation Manager should have:

12. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
13. Some experience/knowledge in how to manage global or outside UK payroll implementation projects.
14. Solid background in Accounting & Finance.
15. Excellent knowledge of payroll systems, processes, regulations and software (experience with Neeyamo is a plus, as is Workday).
16. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
17. Exceptional project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
18. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail and high accuracy.
19. Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and cultures.
20. Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
21. Ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining quality and compliance.

22. Competitive salary of approximately £250 GBP - £400 GBP per day + holiday pay (dependent on experience & skills)
