Employment Type: Full-Time (40 hrs/week, 5 days over 7 including alternate weekends)

A well‑established provider of IT services to major UK retail and hospitality brands is expanding and seeking a Field Service Engineer. This role suits someone who is reliable, customer‑focused, and enjoys working in a hands‑on environment.
Direct EPOS experience isn’t essential. Candidates with previous field service or customer‑facing experience, a valid driving licence, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving are encouraged to apply.

The Role:

* Manage stock and parts from a company vehicle
* Complete tasks using a mobile job management system
* Support project rollouts and attend training sessions as required
What You'll Need:
* Previous field‑based or customer service experience
* Strong communication skills
* Comfortable using IT systems and following structured processes
* Full UK driving licence
