Primary / SEN Teaching Assistant - Hemel Hempstead
Location: Hemel Hempstead
Pay: 90 - 110 per day (depending on experience)

The Role
You will be supporting pupils across the primary age range, with a focus on children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), including ASD, ADHD, and speech & language needs. You may work 1:1 or with small groups, helping to create a positive and engaging learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEN
* Assist the class teacher in delivering tailored learning activities
* Support children with emotional regulation and behaviour strategies
* Help create a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment
* Work closely with the SENCO and wider school team
About You
* Experience working with children, ideally within a school or SEN setting
* A calm, patient, and empathetic approach
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs
* Relevant qualifications (e.g. CACHE Level 2/3) are desirable but not essential
