Elevation Accountancy and Finance are delighted to be working with a fantastic business in Garforth, Leeds as they look to recruit a Subcontractor Finance Assistant into their friendly finance team.

Duties and Responsibilities
* Assist in the overall daily management of the subcontractors email inbox
* Deal with supplier issues and complex queries
* Manage own key Subcontractor Supplier’s while having attention to detail making sure the applications are reconciled correctly against the purchase order while applying the correct rate of CIS
* Approval of invoices/applications
* Support in the preparation of weekly BACS payment runs for review and ad hoc faster payments to ensure subcontractor suppliers are paid
* Responsibility for all remittances and CIS statements have been issued
* Statement reconciliation and missing invoices requested
Person Specification
* Good interpersonal skills
This is a full time, office-based position (LS25) on a permanent basis. Salary is up to £30k depending on experience.
