Role Overview: As an SEN Behaviour Mentor, you will work closely with students who require additional support with their emotional, social, and behavioural development. Your role will involve creating positive, structured environments, developing tailored support plans, and using a variety of strategies to promote positive behaviour and academic success. Key Responsibilities: Provide one-to-one and group support for students with behavioural and emotional difficulties. Develop and implement individualised behaviour plans and strategies. Monitor student progress, record outcomes, and communicate effectively with teachers, parents/carers and other members of support staff. Promote a positive and safe learning environment for students.
