Role Overview
Are you an enthusiastic Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer looking to make a meaningful impact within a friendly and collaborative IT team? This role offers the chance to work on a variety of projects and contribute to the ongoing development of the organisation’s Dynamics platform.
You will be involved in implementing and enhancing Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, working closely with the IT Operations Manager to support business objectives and improve system functionality.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop a strong understanding of business goals and identify how Dynamics 365/CRM can deliver value.
* Plan, manage, and execute CRM development tasks, providing regular updates on progress.
* Apply knowledge of performance optimisation within Dynamics 365 implementations.
* Manage Dynamics 365 solutions, configurations, and customisations.
* Integrate machine learning models to enhance data retrieval, storage, and processing.
* Work on‑site for the first six months, with hybrid working available thereafter.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone with a positive, proactive approach, strong communication skills, and a solution‑focused mindset.
* Hands‑on experience with Dynamics 365 CRM capabilities and extensibility.
* 1–2 years of experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365.
* Proficiency in developing Dynamics 365 solutions within a business environment.
* Experience designing and developing within Dynamics 365.
* Knowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Model‑Driven/Canvas Apps), Microsoft Dataverse, and SharePoint.
* Experience configuring, customising, and extending Dynamics CRM.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services.

Salary
Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 per year
