Flourish have partnered with a SaaS business based in the West Midlands that are looking to hire an ambitious Business Development Representative (BDR) to strengthen their sales team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their sales career who is hungry to succeed, confident in their approach, and keen to learn from experienced industry professionals.
The Opportunity
As a BDR, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and feeding the sales pipeline. You’ll be on the front line - prospecting, opening doors, and building relationships - while also having the opportunity to shadow senior sales professionals as they run and close deals, giving you invaluable exposure to the full sales cycle.
