About You:
As a Data Manager at Creative Education Trust, you'll be at the heart of how we use data to drive improvement across our schools. Working closely with the Head of Data Strategy, Data Analyst and school-based Data Managers, you'll lead the development of systems and processes that ensure accurate, timely, and insightful data collection and analysis. Our ideal candidate will:
* Have strong knowledge of education data systems and analysis methods
* Be confident in interpreting complex data and presenting it clearly to diverse audiences
* Be highly organised, detail-oriented, and skilled in managing multiple data streams
* Build collaborative relationships across schools and central teams to support data capability
* Be educated to degree level, or equivalent work experience
About the Data Team:
The Data Team at Creative Education Trust plays a vital role in enabling evidence-based decision-making across our network of schools. By developing and maintaining robust data systems, the team ensures that accurate, timely, and insightful information is available to support educational performance, strategic planning, and regulatory compliance. Working closely with school-based Data Managers and the central Education team, the department leads on data collection, analysis, and reporting for a wide range of school metrics. With a strong focus on quality assurance, training, and collaboration, the Data Team helps drive continuous improvement and contributes directly to the Trust's mission of delivering excellent education and better life chances for every pupil.
