Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Partnerships Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and maintaining strategic partnerships that drive growth and innovation for Salesfire. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of building successful partnerships.
Responsibilities
* Identify and develop partnerships: research and identify potential partners that align with our strategic goals, and develop and execute outreach strategies to establish and nurture these relationships.
* Maintain and strengthen relationships: act as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring their needs are met and opportunities for deeper collaboration are explored.
* Collaborate with internal teams: work closely with marketing, sales, product, and other relevant teams to align partnership activities with company objectives and integrate them into overall business strategies.
* Negotiate agreements: lead negotiations for partnership agreements, ensuring terms are favorable and in line with company policies and goals.
* Track and report on performance: develop metrics and KPIs to measure partnership success, and regularly report on performance to senior management and stakeholders.
* Stay informed on industry trends: keep up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead in the market.
Qualifications
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Previous experience in business development/partnerships at an agency is preferred but not essential.
* Previous experience with eCommerce is preferable.
* Experience in generating leads and outbound sales.
* Proven track record of managing and growing partnerships.
* Must hold a driving licence.
