AS A REGISTERED NURSE (RN), you are responsible to the Department Director and are to be clinically competent. The RN will deliver care to patients utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation. The Nurse will also be responsible for interacting with patients, significant others, and other health care team members while maintaining standards of professional nursing.
