The Role As a Business Analyst, youll play a key role in requirements gathering, process mapping, and supporting business change initiatives across the firm. Key responsibilities include: Stakeholder engagement across legal and business support teams Requirements gathering and documentation (functional & non-functional) Process mapping (current state / future state) and workflow analysis Identifying inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for process improvement Supporting business change and system implementation projects Facilitating workshops, interviews, and process reviews Supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), test planning, and coordination Producing clear documentation including requirements, process maps, and user guides Supporting implementation, training materials, and change adoption Monitoring and reporting on business transformation outcomes and benefits Acting as a key link between IT, stakeholders, and external suppliers Key Skills & Experience Experience working as a Business Analyst Strong requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder management experience Proven ability to deliver process improvement and business change initiatives Experience supporting UAT, system implementations, or transformation projects Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills, able to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders Highly organised with strong attention to detail Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Desirable Experience Experience within professional services, legal, or regulated environments Knowledge of case management systems, practice management systems, or document management systems Understanding of project management or change methodologies Experience with reporting tools, dashboards, or data analysis Exposure to IT systems, integrations, or workflow automation About You Analytical and detail-focused Collaborative and confident with stakeholders at all levels Proactive and able to work independently Comfortable challenging ideas and driving improvement Commercially aware and results-driven Adaptable in a fast-moving environment Working Arrangements Hybrid working (office-based with flexibility) Occasional travel to other offices Why Apply?
