We are recruiting for a client that manufactures premium textiles used in the production of snooker and billiard table cloths — supplying professionals and venues worldwide. We're currently looking for a reliable and hardworking Machine Operative to support our production team.

Key Responsibilities
* Operate and monitor textile machinery including looms, knitting machines, or finishing equipment.
* Set up machines according to product specifications and production schedules.
* Carry out routine checks to ensure machines are running efficiently and safely.
* Identify and report faults or material inconsistencies.
* Work to production targets and maintain quality standards at all times.
* Keep work area clean and adhere to health and safety regulations.
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in a manufacturing or textile environment preferred (but not essential – full training provided).
* Good mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn machine operation.
* Strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality work.
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
* Willingness to work shifts (if applicable).
