Job Title: Administrator
Location: Wolverhampton Office, Shaw Road, WV11 9LA
Working Hours: 37 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm, including a 30-minute break)
Contract Type: 3-month trial with potential for extension or permanent placement
Start Date: As soon as possible
Salary: £16.22ph umbrella rate
Job Overview:
We are looking to appoint a skilled and experienced Administrator to join our team at our Wolverhampton office. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong administrative background who is confident using systems and managing office tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide general administrative support to the office and wider team
Maintain and update records, spreadsheets, and databases
Use digital platforms such as Excel, SharePoint, and BIM360 to manage information and documents
Assist with internal and external communications as required
Support in the coordination and tracking of project-related documents
Perform filing, scanning, and data entry tasks
Ensure a high standard of accuracy and attention to detail in all administrative duties
Carry out any other administrative duties as needed
Person Specification:
Essential:
Previous experience in an administrative role
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Good organisational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Desirable:
Experience using SharePoint and BIM360
Knowledge of or background in construction or social housing sectors
