Warehouse Cleaning Operative

£12.60 Per Hour
We are looking for someone with Warehouse experience to work as part of the warehouse team to ensure a clean and safe working environment. The role will involve cleaning the warehouse space using mechanical scrubber/sweeper (training provided), emptying the bins both inside and out side of the warehouse, disposing or wrapping and cardboard safely. This is a temp to perm role, with a guaranteed permanent position after 12 weeks.
Days/Hours of Work
Monday to Friday Rotating shift pattern.
Week 1 06:00am – 14:00pm
Week 2 14:00pm – 22:00pm
(Just PM Shift might be considered)
Rate of Pay
£12.60 per Hour
The Role
* Ensuring cleanliness and safety in the warehouse.
* Emptying warehouse bins inside and outside of the building.
* Operating a compactor.
* Driving a scrubber/sweeper to keep the warehouse floor clean from debris
* Spillage control
About You
* At least 3 months experience working in a warehouse.
* Commercial cleaning experience
* Have a counterbalance license (desirable not essential)
* Experience using a scrubber/sweeper (desirable not essential – training is provided)
* Proactive and hands on approach.
* Keen eye for detail.
* Able to carry out tasks independently.
