Warehouse Operative - Various Roles Available Location: Wellesbourne, Warwickshire (CV35 9JY) Pay Rate: £12.86 per hour Hours: Monday to Thursday 06:15 - 15:15 | Friday 06:15 - 11:15 Immediate Starts Available We are currently recruiting for a number of Warehouse Operatives to join a busy and well-established warehouse operation based in Wellesbourne. Due to continued growth, there are several positions available across different departments, making this an excellent opportunity for candidates looking for stable, ongoing work within a friendly and supportive team environment. The warehouse offers a variety of duties, meaning no two days are exactly the same. Successful candidates may be placed in roles including picking and packing customer orders, label checking, quality inspection, production line work, stock handling, order preparation and general warehouse support. Key Responsibilities: Picking customer orders accurately Packing products ready for dispatch Checking labels and product information for accuracy Carrying out quality inspections Working on production and packing lines Preparing goods for distribution Assisting with stock movement and warehouse organisation Maintaining a clean and safe working environment Supporting other departments when required This is a fast-paced role that requires good attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently while maintaining high standards of accuracy and quality. Previous warehouse experience is beneficial, although candidates with a strong work ethic and positive attitude will also be considered.
