The Best Connection are currently looking to recruit an experienced carpenter/wood assembler, to work on behalf of our client at HMP Winchester.
Duties to include, but not limited to:
* Assisting with all carpentry tasks
* Accurately measuring and cutting wood
* Using a range of hand and power tools
* Assembling wood
* Manufacturing products
* Quality checking
Due to the work location, any successful candidates will have to successfully pass a DBS check before starting the job.
This is for an immediate start, and an ongoing, full-time position.
The working hours are 08:00 - 16:30 Monday - Thursday, and 08:00 - 15:30 Friday. Total of 39 hours per week.
The pay rate is negotiable, dependent on experience, with the standard set at £13.00 per hour.
