Job responsibilities
8. Attend twice weekly MDT meetings to discuss and support ongoing care of patients.
9. Provide regular clinics to review patients via CPA process.
10. Provide flexible emergency medical support for the teams patients.
11. Support patients under the MHA and the processes required under the MHA.
12. Support clinically and supervise your specialty doctor and trainee doctor.
13. Work collaboratively with Primary Care.
14. Liaise with other services within the organization and outside of the organization to optimize the care of your patients.

TRANSPORT
Essential
15. Holds and will use valid UK driving licence OR provides evidence of proposed alternative.
Qualifications
Essential
16. MB BS or equivalent medical qualification.
Desirable
17. Qualification or higher degree in medical education, clinical research or management.
18. MRCPsych
19. On the Specialist Register with qualifications General Adult.
20. Postgraduate degree in psychiatry MRC Psych or equivalent.
ELIGIBILITY
Essential
21. Fully registered with the GMC with a licence to practice at the time of appointment
22. Included on the GMC Specialist Register OR within six months.
23. Approved clinician status OR able to achieve within 3 months of appointment
24. Approved under S12 OR able to achieve with 3 months of appointment.
Desirable
25. In good standing with GMC with respect to warning and conditions on practice.
