We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist/Administration Assistant based in Chesterfield town centre. This will be working over the days of Monday to Friday, part time hours We are pretty flexible with School picks ups college etc The role will involve: Being first point of contact for incoming calls. Sourcing candidates and reviewing CVs. Registering candidates. Completing DVLA licence checks and right to work checks. Creating candidate CVs and profiles. Setting up new starters, ensuring all candidates are compliant. Previous Experience Required: Microsoft Excel experience. Experience dealing with high volume incoming calls. Data entry. What we need from you: The ability to work with others in an office based environment To be a people person - confident speaking to people over the phone and in person The ability to work to your own initiative To hit set targets To be punctual and reliable Having a driving licence is preferable but not essential Does this sound like you?
