We now have an opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join us as a Supply Chain Administrator, based at our Derby Head Office

Job Overview:

The Supply Chain Administrator will play a key role in supporting the supply chain functions of Barron McCann across the UK and EU. This position will involve both office-based responsibilities and some warehouse activities, ensuring the integrity and efficiency of our supply chain processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Stock Audits and Reporting:

· Conduct accurate cyclical, targeted, and investigatory stock counts.

· Compile and analyse audit reports to maintain accurate stock records.

· Data entry of counts.

1. Process Compliance Audits:

· Audit process compliance across the business to minimise error rates.

· Identify risks to stock integrity and ensure issues are addressed or escalated promptly.

1. Stock Monitoring and Management:

· Monitor the top 500 items to manage minimum and maximum stock levels effectively.

· Perform partner and FSL (Forward Stock Location) reconciliations.

· Maintain and update the adjustment log regularly.

· Oversee FSL redistribution processes.

· Manage new stock forms and ensure accurate data entry.

1. Compliance and Support:

· Support P2PE (Point-to-Point Encryption) compliance efforts.

· Assist and support in RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) administration processes.

· Assist Logistics Coordinators with day-to-day operations as needed.

1. Disposal Administration:

· Support with disposal requests and manage disposal administration, organisation and booking.

Requirements:

· Positive can-do attitude.

· Previous experience in a supply chain or logistics role.

· Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

· Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

Additional Information:

· The role requires flexibility to work weekends and evenings as operationally necessary.

· Some physical work in the warehouse, including stock counts and supporting warehouse operations.

Pay: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
