About the Role
We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join our busy primary team. This is an exciting opportunity to support pupils’ learning and development in a nurturing environment, working closely with teachers to deliver high-quality education.
Key Responsibilities
-Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons and activities.
-Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils, including those with additional needs.
-Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
-Support pupils’ social and emotional development.
-Prepare learning materials and resources as directed by the teacher.
-Supervise pupils during break times and school activities.
Requirements
-A passion for working with children and supporting their education.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
-Previous experience in a school setting.
-Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant or equivalent) preferred.
