Compliance Administrator

Location: Office based / outskirts of Crawley

Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum (DOE)

Hours: Full-time or part time - Monday to Friday

Job Type: Permanent

Lloyd Recruitment Services is delighted to be working with an award winning and rapidly growing manufacturing company based on the outskirts of Crawley in their search for a Compliance Administrator to join the team.

This is a varied administrative role with a strong focus on supporting the compliance function and assisting other departments with critical documentation and data management. You'll help ensure that the company remains fully compliant with industry and client standards, while also contributing to efficient office operations.

Please note due to the location, candidates must have access to their own transport.

Key Responsibilities:

Compile, check, and maintain compliance data, including product specifications, safety data sheets, policies, and procedures
Upload and manage information on customer and client portals
Coordinate documentation and data for internal audits and cross-departmental reviews
Maintain data systems and assist with the creation of compliance reports and metrics
Assist in the rollout and maintenance of internal policies, procedures, and quality documentationSkills & Experience Required:

Strong administrative experience, ideally within a compliance, manufacturing, or regulated environment
Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
Confident communicator with strong organisational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (will provide training if ticking other boxes)
Able to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
Full UK driving licence and own transport (essential)What's on Offer:
