We're on the hunt for a dynamic, energetic General Manager who’s passionate about great nights out, unbeatable tunes, and delivering unforgettable experiences for both our guests and a team alike!
Right in the heart of Norwich—a city steeped in history and bursting with energy—Popworld is the go-to destination when it comes to late-night fun. Split over one vibrant bar across two levels, this is a venue that thrives on bold beats, flashing lights, and big personalities. It’s a true Popworld, and it needs a leader who lives and breathes that ethos.
We’re looking for someone who’s commercially sharp and thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You’ll be focused on driving sales, delivering great guest experiences, ensuring operational excellence, and leading a team that loves what they do. Controls will be second nature to you—you understand the importance of the numbers behind the scenes, just as much as the atmosphere out front.
