Your Day:to:Day
As a Supply Teacher, you will step into pre:planned classrooms and deliver engaging lessons. Your core focus will be:

Delivering the provided lesson plans to a high standard, ensuring all pupils remain engaged and on task.
*
Creating a positive, safe, and welcoming classroom environment.
*
Managing classroom behaviour effectively using the schools established policies.
*
Ensuring the classroom is left tidy and leaving a brief handover note for the returning class teacher.
What We Are Looking For
Requirement: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential for this role. We welcome applications from both experienced teachers and ECTs.

Must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised UK teaching qualification.
*
Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt quickly to new school environments.
*
A friendly, proactive, and can:do attitude.
*
Must hold an Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (or be willing for one).
*
Reliability and excellent communication skills.
