About the Position
* Deliver annual budget for your account portfolio, managing terms, range & distribution, NPD launches, and promotional execution, in line with strategic objectives set by the Sales Director.
* Proactively identify and pursue all sales opportunities to achieve short and long-term company objectives.
* Develop skills and knowledge to maximize your potential and contribution.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Achieve budgeted sales and gross margin profit targets within deflator budgets and authorized pricing levels.
* Network extensively within accounts to develop positive relationships and maximize leverage for all brands.
* Use Category Management-based customer proposals to optimize space and promotional activity.
* Negotiate effectively to maximize ROI and grow sales with a 'more for less' approach.
* Promote a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
* Provide accurate forecasts and communicate effectively with Demand Planning and Brand teams.
* Develop and implement Joint Business Plans within key accounts for growth.
* Establish KPIs and metrics for key accounts to monitor volume, value, profit, share, distribution, and other performance indicators.
* Manage promotional activities, including planning, delivery, and evaluation, to optimize future ROI.
* Develop expertise in account reporting systems to support decision-making and business optimization.
* Handle all administration related to selling and negotiating within designated accounts, including new line setup, pricing amendments, promotional briefing, and liaising with the Field Merchandising Team.
