You will perform a valuable role primarily assisting the directors and partners in identifying potential investment opportunities and managing various elements of the deal process through due diligence and on to completion – the whole investment cycle from origination through to completing the investment, further bolt-on acquisitions and eventually exits.
To be considered you must have qualified with a quality firm of accountants (it does not have to be Big 4) and have up to date professional practice experience from within corporate restructuring / business recovery or transaction services / financial due diligence. You will have first class inter-personal skills, a keen interest in a career as an investor and some ‘commercial nous’.
