Junior Account Manager Wanted!
Our client is currently seeking a Junior Account Manager to join their contact management team on a full-time permanent basis. The Junior Account Manager will be responsible for managing and maintaining key client relationships and will serve as the main point of contact. The ideal candidate must have a desire and willingness to succeed and take ownership of projects.
Key Responsibilities for the Junior Account Manager:
1. Build and strengthen client relationships
2. Provide monthly financial and operational reports to clients
3. Data analysis
4. Ensure KPIs are met and maintained
5. Contract administration
6. Project management
7. Communicate contractual requirements within the wider business
8. Attend client meetings
Skills Required for the Junior Account Manager:
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation abilities
* Excellent organisational, time management, and planning skills
* Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
* Willingness to take ownership
* Attention to detail
* Driving license (Required)
