Operating in a complex, regulated environment and backed by a major international group, the business is expanding its UK presence and now seeks an experienced legal professional to build and lead its UK legal function. Your new role
As Head of Legal, you will establish and lead the legal function for the UK business, acting as the primary legal adviser to senior leadership while collaborating closely with colleagues across Europe. You will oversee all UK legal matters, ensuring the organisation operates in full compliance with applicable laws, FCA regulations and internal policies. Your work will span a wide range of corporate, commercial, compliance and litigation matters. A significant part of the role will involve drafting, negotiating and finalising B2B contracts, including commercial agreements, finance‑related contracts, ICT/cloud and software agreements, digital and data management arrangements, insurance partnerships, supplier contracts and agreements supporting new business development.
