Responsibilities
* Leading the team to deliver a great experience for customers in-store.
* Working across all areas of the store and with all colleagues, being the go-to person for day-to-day operational queries.
* Building positive, inclusive relationships that help colleagues perform at their best.
* Confidently leading the store in the Manager's absence.
* Making balanced, flexible decisions and adapting well to change.
* Coaching colleagues, giving feedback and role‑modeling great service.
* Staying curious and seeking opportunities to serve our customers, communities, and planet a little better every day.
Qualifications
* To be over 18 for this role.
* Experience working in a team‑lead or management position in a fast‑paced retail environment.
* Be a strong role‑model with a passion for delivering great service and ensuring every customer's needs are met.
* Build positive, long‑lasting relationships to create an inclusive, supportive team environment.
* A clear communicator, using a variety of methods to keep the team well informed.
* A natural leader who motivates and inspires the team to deliver outstanding results.
