Matchtech are supporting a specialist SAP consultancy expanding its EAM capability and delivering major ECC & S/4HANA programmes across energy, natural resources, and automotive. They’re seeking an experienced SAP Plant Maintenance Lead to take ownership of PM delivery, guide cross‑module integration, and mentor both on‑shore and off‑shore teams.

✅ Lead SAP Plant Maintenance workstreams from discovery through go‑live and stabilisation
âś… Run stakeholder workshops and turn requirements into strong PM designs & specs
âś… Oversee integration with QM, MM, CO, PS and act as functional lead across teams
✅ Manage & mentor a small offshore team to ensure consistent, high‑quality delivery
âś… Support Agile delivery and contribute to presales as a PM subject matter expert
