This dynamic opportunity is with a fast-growing beer brand across the UK. The brand has established a significant market presence, exceptional product, ongoing NPD, and a collaborative culture.
The Brand Manager will oversee day‑to‑day marketing, brand strategy, budget management, activations, and digital success. The role is hybrid, based from a London office, with regular attendance at events and trade shows.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement brand strategies and marketing plans to achieve sales and revenue targets.
* Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for differentiation.
* Develop and execute social media and content strategy across all platforms.
* Manage the brand marketing budget, ensuring cost‑effective allocation of resources.
* Analyse and report on brand performance using data‑driven insights.
* Build relationships with distributors, retailers, and industry influencers.
* Protect brand reputation, ensuring marketing aligns with brand values.
* Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.
Ideal Candidate
* Previous experience in Brand Management within the Drinks FMCG sector.
* Proven track record of successfully launching and growing drinks brands.
* Strong understanding of the drinks market, consumer preferences, and regulatory environment.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
* Experience with social and digital content creation.
* Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand building.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing analytics tools.
