This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and collaborative Project Management Director to lead Civica’s Local Government Services project management team. In this leadership role, you’ll be pivotal in shaping and delivering our services strategy, ensuring quality, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.
What you will do to be successful in this role
Reporting to the Director, Services – Local Government, you will oversee a team of Programme and Project Managers, working closely with colleagues across Sales, Support, Development, Product, and Group Central Functions.

Key responsibilities
1. Lead and inspire a team of Programme and Project Managers to deliver high-quality services that meet operational, financial, and customer satisfaction goals.
2. Develop and implement best practice systems, processes, and delivery models to improve efficiency, quality, and profitability.
3. Build strong working relationships across the division, collaborating with peers to align delivery with strategic priorities.
4. Oversee robust forecasting, resource planning, and risk management to ensure predictable and efficient project outcomes.
5. Drive continuous improvement and innovation to enhance customer value and long-term partnerships.
6. Represent project management services as a trusted advisor to internal and external stakeholders, addressing challenges proactively.
