Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive – Exeter, Devon
2+ PQE
We are recruiting on behalf of a respected law firm looking to expand its Private Client team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with a strong background in wills, probate, estate planning and Court of Protection matters.

Key Responsibilities:
\n
* Manage a busy caseload of private client work, including:\n
\n
o Wills and estate planning
o Trusts and inheritance tax planning
o Powers of Attorney
o Court of Protection and elderly client services
\n
* Provide tailored legal advice to high-net-worth individuals and families
* Opportunity to take on more complex matters as your role evolves
\n\n
About You:
\n
* You should be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 2+ years’ PQE in private client law
* Strong technical knowledge and client-facing communication skills
* A STEP qualification is desirable, but full funding and support will be provided if you want to obtain it
* Based in or able to commute to Exeter, East Devon, or surrounding areas
