The Role
This role is ideally suited to an experienced lawyer seeking high-quality work, greater autonomy and a clear pathway toward Legal Director, as part of a wider succession planning strategy within the team.
You will join a market-leading practice acting for major insurers and household-name corporates on some of the most serious and high-value personal injury claims in the UK, including traumatic brain injury, spinal injury, amputation and fatal accident claims.
This is a senior position offering the opportunity to take ownership of complex, multi-million-pound matters while playing a key role in client relationships, team development and the future growth of the practice.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing a caseload of high-value, complex injury claims from inception through to resolution
* Developing and executing clear case strategies aligned with client and commercial objectives
* Handling technically complex matters including catastrophic injury and fatal claims
* Acting as a senior point of contact for key insurer and corporate clients
* Supervising and mentoring junior lawyers and supporting team development
About You
* Qualified Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer with strong experience in catastrophic / complex injury or high-value personal injury claims
* Proven ability to manage complex litigation and run files with minimal supervision
* Strong technical expertise and commercial awareness
