Role – We are looking for an experienced SAP SD / Warranty Functional Consultant to support a development-focused project. You will work closely with business stakeholders to analyse requirements, design system enhancements, and deliver high-quality SAP SD, VMS, and Warranty solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the implementation and ongoing support of SAP SD, VMS, and Warranty modules.
* Conduct detailed analysis of complex business processes and translate them into system solutions.
* Facilitate workshops to gather business requirements.
* Map business processes, identify gaps, and design necessary enhancements.
* Configure, customise, and test SAP SD and Warranty functionalities.
* Troubleshoot issues and collaborate with technical teams to resolve system problems.
* Manage change requests, emergency transports, and prioritised issues.
* Prepare functional designs, test cases, documentation, and results.
* Proactively identify opportunities for system improvement and optimisation.
* Provide user support, training, and guidance as required.
* Mentor junior team members and work independently when needed.
* Ensure strong knowledge of pricing procedures and warranty configuration is applied effectively.
Key Skills
* 5+ years’ experience designing and configuring SAP SD, VMS, and Warranty modules.
* Strong understanding of integration points with FI/CO, MM, PP, and EWM.
* Ability to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously.
* Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively with business and technical teams.
* Highly self-driven and results-oriented.
