Overview
Workflow Information Analyst role at Next. Location: E3 WF9 2GR. Pay: £12.94 per hour. Job Type: Permanent. Hours: 40.25 per week. Schedule: Wednesday - Saturday / Thursday - Saturday 17:30-05:30.
Responsibilities
* Manage the flow of work to forward picking locations from high bay stock.
* Daily planning and forecasting of volumes, determine required resources, and release work in line with daily planners.
* Complete daily operational planners and monitor the daily plan to ensure time-critical stock release and movement.
* Report into a Workflow Assistant Site Manager and communicate analysis to enable operational managers to plan and make decisions based on current data.
* Using Web and Mainframe screens, produce daily and weekly reports by analysing data, highlighting trends, and supporting the senior management team to meet service levels in line with KPIs.
* Drive efficiencies across the business and support decision-making with data-driven insights.
Qualifications & Skills
* Excellent communication skills; able to work with colleagues at all levels.
* Self-motivated, organized, and able to prioritise in changing and pressurised situations; strong problem-solving skills.
* Attention to detail and strong PC skills, especially Excel and Google Sheets (including IFs and VLOOKUPs), Google Docs, and Microsoft Word.
* Experience with Mainframe or SCADA systems would be an advantage.
* GCSE Grade C (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
