Forge Talent is a fast-growing recruitment business specialising in Finance & Accounting across the North West. We’re scaling quickly and building real momentum, and we’re now looking to bring in an Office Administrator to help keep the business running smoothly while also getting involved in the growth of the brand.
This is a hands-on role for someone early in their career who wants exposure to how a high-growth recruitment business operates, with the opportunity to take on more responsibility as we continue to scale. This will be a full-time, permanent basis, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Thursday, 8:30-17:00, Friday, 8:30-15:00, with one hour for lunch.
The role
* Supporting the day-to-day running of the office and keeping things organised
* Respond to internal requests by providing information, administrative support, or directing queries to the appropriate team
* In-charge with the day-to-day upkeep of office space in Manchester, ensuring communal areas, meeting rooms, and supplies are maintained to company standards.
* Organise desk setups, equipment checks, and basic troubleshooting.
* Monitor stock levels for office supplies, stationery, and consumables, raising replenishment requests where needed.
* Providing admin support to consultants across the business
* Assisting with candidate onboarding paperwork and basic compliance checks
* Keeping candidate and client information up to date on internal systems
* Preparing contracts/TOB’s/schedules on DocuSign.
* Posting job adverts across job boards and social platforms.
* Supporting social media activity for the business, including LinkedIn posts.
* Assisting with creating simple video content and behind-the-scenes marketing as the business grows.
* CV reformatting (will be a large part and task)
* Timesheet collection for contractors
* Reporting into and working closely with our Operations Manager

Desirable:
* Previous experience in an administration role

Salary £26,000 per annum with a bonus £1,000 split over 4 Q’s based on deliverables.
