Turner & Townsend is a leading consultancy in the Infrastructure sector, with a thriving UK Estimating team supporting clients both domestically and internationally. We are seeking talented Associate Director-level Estimating professionals to join us and contribute to a variety of exciting projects and programmes.
Our team provides a range of estimating services, including:
* Estimate Production (from initial order of magnitude to detailed estimates based on first principles)
* Estimating Assurance
* Support for Major Programme Setup
* Estimating Data Management
As an Associate Director, your responsibilities will include:
* Leading the production of accurate estimates and cost plans for projects and programmes
* Promoting estimating best practices within Turner & Townsend
* Contributing to departmental objectives and staying updated on technical developments
* Collaborating with Directors on bid development
* Providing guidance to team members and acting as a role model
* Interfacing with clients and other consultants at all project stages
* Developing new business opportunities and cross-selling services
* Managing staff and knowledge sharing
Qualifications and experience required include:
* Proven Estimating Management experience
* High-standard qualification in Estimating or Quantity Surveying with relevant experience
* Experience with estimating software packages
* Membership of RICS, CIOB, or A Cost E (desirable)
* Experience with Major Programmes and Projects, especially in Infrastructure sectors such as Rail, Air, Power, or Highways
* Leadership experience in managing teams
