What You’ll Do
1. Own and evolve the retail media strategy across app, web, and CRM touchpoints, creating vision and roadmap for media products and placements, ensuring performance and scalability.
2. Develop revenue plans, product pricing, and performance models, collaborating with the partnership team to integrate media into commercial proposals.
3. Influence and educate internal stakeholders on the value of retail media within an omnichannel strategy.
4. Collaborate with partners on media planning to enhance investment and recurring income.
5. Partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, CRM, and Data teams to build measurable, user-friendly, and brand-safe media products and campaign assets.
6. Build and manage a high-performing cross-functional retail media team and implement scalable processes and systems.
7. Establish measurement frameworks leveraging data to demonstrate effectiveness, including incrementality, attribution, ROAS, and customer lifetime value.
What You’ll Bring
1. Significant experience in a senior Retail Media role with a proven track record of building and scaling media propositions.
2. Deep understanding of digital media formats, from sponsored placements and CRM to programmatic and native ads.
3. Commercial mindset with experience developing media products that deliver brand impact and measurable performance.
4. Strong leadership, influencing, and communication skills to engage internal and external stakeholders.
5. A data-focused approach with the ability to translate insights into actionable media plans.
6. Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments with agility and collaboration.
7. Knowledge of retail media tools to drive efficiencies and process improvements as the function scales.
