About you Recent experience in a fast-paced finance environment Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and familiar with accounting software A proactive and adaptable mindset, capable of prioritising tasks effectively Ability to work independently and within a team What you'll do Process supplier, agency, and subcontractor invoices accurately and efficiently Manage weekly/monthly supplier and subcontractor payment runs, including reconciliations and ledger postings Maintain compliant records regarding VAT, CIS, and RCT, including managing Reverse Charge VAT Allocate correct project and cost codes in line with construction job costing procedures Liaise professionally with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to resolve payment and tax-related queries Support with ad-hoc finance tasks and other duties as required, including call handling and data provision, adhering to GDPR and company policies For further information on this job, apply via the link or contact the recruitment office for a confidential chat today.
