About The Role
Job Overview
* Manage a caseload of students with complex needs, including those with Autistic Spectrum Conditions.
* Support the integration of communication strategies across curriculum and residential settings.
Job Responsibilities
* Manage students with communication needs, including assessment, therapy, and progress reporting.
* Assist in intake assessments and transition processes to ensure effective communication support.
* Deliver communication training tailored to students' needs.
* Promote best practices in communication within the organisation.
* Maintain professional standards and CPD requirements.
* Collaborate across departments to implement strategic objectives.
* Ensure high-quality customer service and compliance with organisational policies.
* Perform additional duties as reasonably assigned by the Principal.
